To produce knowledge and prepare the next generation of leaders, researchers, and agents of change and well-being in education and the community.

Guided by this strategic plan, the School of Education will support and enhance existing programs and design new programs and structures to produce leaders, researchers, and change agents in education and the community. We have already begun this process by developing a research center and three task forces to create new undergraduate, master’s, and PhD programs related to the not-for-profit sector.
