The requirements of the minor are 15 credits with a grade of C or better.

  • Nine of these 15 credits must have been completed at UM; with prior approval, 3 of these 9 credits may be taken through the UM Study Abroad Program,
  • EPS 201 - Psychosocial Change and Well-Being is required.
  • Two courses must be upper division courses (at or above the 300 level).
  • The undergraduate coursework in Human and Social Development is open to all qualified University of Miami students.
  • Determiniation for using these courses as a minor, as a specialization, and/or as electives in any program, is made by the individual student’s degree granting college or school.
