International Conference on Communication in Healthcare (ICCH)

The 2009 conference (ICCH) will be held at the Miami Beach Resort & Spa in beautiful Miami Beach, Florida, USA. This conference is organized by the American Academy on Communication in Healthcare (AACH) in partnership with the European Association for Communication in Healthcare (EACH).

There is a project that I'm working on for this year's conference, and I'm interested in hearing from you. This is for those of you who have attended an ICCH in the past, regardless of whether it was in Europe or in the USA.
Would you be so kind and send me an email answer to this question:
"What was your favorite part of the conference?" It could be anything from seeing your friends and colleagues again, hearing about the latest research, the workshops; whatever it was that you liked the best. One sentence is all I need, however please feel free to say more if you would like to. Please include if it would be ok for me to list your name.

For those of you who haven't been able to come to an ICCH in the past, I hope you will make plans to come this year. We're working hard to make it a great conference for everyone. We just finished selecting the symposia and will be listing them on the Web site soon so you can see the titles.

*This is not an official part of the conference; however, you are welcome to attend before the conference begins. Transportation to and from Key West is on your own. Hotel reservations must be made directly with the hotel by September 1, and require a two-night stay. "Toes in the Sand" dinner will be held on October 3, at the hotel. Pre-reservations are required for the dinner; no dinner reservations will be taken after September 15.
