Dear Colleagues,

I’m very sad to report that Paul Dee passed away over the weekend. Paul was an excellent professor and a much loved figure at UM for many years. He had a very distinguished career at UM as general counsel, athletic director, and in the last few years as a professor in our school and the school of Law.

Many of you worked with him very closely and got to appreciate his wit and wisdom. Students and colleagues in Sport Administration loved to interact with him. He was a wonderful human being and we all mourn his passing.
