Admission is selective, and is offered to those applicants whose credentials are academically sound and whose interests, aptitudes, and preparation reflect a well-rounded background. Students applying to graduate programs in the School of Education at the University of Miami must apply to the School of Education. For admission requirements, please see each individual program. 

Comprised of established scholars and educators from their respective disciplines, the faculty provides a dynamic research and experiential learning community in which graduate students can engage and learn.

Graduate Student Association (GSA) is the student government organization representing students in the Graduate School. The primary function of the GSA is to provide the means for responsible and effective graduate student participation in the planning and conduct of University affairs.
