Center Athletic Training Room
The Miami Athletic Training room is equipped with the
latest in diagnostic and rehabilitative equipment. Computerized
testing and a wide range of aerobic conditioning equipment
are also available to help design individual rehabilitation
programs and help reduce the risk of re-injury. The Athletic
Trainers also utilize a Biodex Multifunction Device for rehabilitation
and testing. The Athletic Training room serves as the main
laboratory for the Athletic Training Major. The University
has teamed up the country's finest physicians to assist in
the care of the UM athletes. |

| Dolphins Stadium
Dolphin Stadium, located in Miami Gardens, Florida, is a world-class sports and entertainment facility that hosts a wide variety of events including: Miami Dolphins football, Florida Marlins baseball, the FedEx Orange Bowl (including the upcoming National Championship game in 2009), and will be the home of the 2007 and 2010 Super Bowls. The stadium has also been the home of two Major League Baseball (MLB) World Series Games, three National Football League (NFL) Super Bowls, and numerous concerts. Dolphin Stadium boasts the largest hi-definition video boards in professional sports and the world’s longest LED ribbon display. Owned by H. Wayne Huizenga, Dolphin Stadium is undergoing extensive renovations and improvements expected to be completed by 2009, making Dolphin Stadium the premier stadium in the United States and the Americas.

BankUnited
Center
Located in Coral Gables on the campus of the University of Miami
the BankUnited Center is the site of sporting events such as
UM Basketball and other University-related activities. The main
event hall has 7,000 seats and over 21,000 sq. feet for banquets
and conventions. |

Athletic Training Room
The
BankUnited Athletic Training Room is a satellite athletic
training room for the University of Miami’s Men’s
and Women’s Basketball, Rowing, and Swimming and Diving
Teams. The BankUnited Athletic Training Room is equipped with
the latest rehabilitative and aerobic conditioning equipment.
The athletic training room in the BankUnited Center also serves
as a laboratory for Athletic Training classes.

| Mark
Light Baseball Stadium
Built in 1977, the 4200-seat stadium is home to University
of Miami Hurricane Baseball. In 1999, the University of Miami
baseball team, under the leadership of Coach Jim Morris, won
the College World Series. This victory marked the third time
the Hurricanes have won the NCAA championship in baseball
(the other two were in 1982 and 1985). All UM home games are
played in Mark Light Stadium, located at the southwest corner
of the campus. |

Student Wellness Center
Designed to be one of the finest centers in the nation for
recreational sports, fitness, and wellness education programs,
the Wellness Center serves members of the University of Miami
community. Whether you are looking for weight training, swimming,
nutritional classes, fitness classes to Salsa lessons, the
Wellness Center has it all. |

Center Pool
The University Center Swimming Pool is a double-Olympic sized
outdoor pool located beside the Patio. Heated to 80-82 degrees-F
year-round, the pool offers short-course lap lanes, low-board
diving area, and of course a great deck for sunning, studying,
or listening to music while enjoying the beautiful weather.
The pool is also home to the UM Swimming and Diving teams.
Admission is free to students, Faculty and staff. |
